Comprehensive Counsel
In the Comprehensive Counsel, you will be asked to give us your pet’s information, the description of your pet’s problem, the tests that your veterinarian preformed, the diagnosis that was made by your veterinarian (if there is a diagnosis), the treatments that your pet receives, and any questions that you want us to answer.
If you desire, we can contact your veterinarian and request a copy of your pet’s records. If you have a copy of your pet’s records, you can submit them to us.
A veterinarian is going to review your case, and you are going to receive a comprehensive second opinion in 3-5 days. The second opinion will include suggestions for more diagnostic tests and treatment options.

Premium Counsel
In the Premium Counsel you will be asked to choose a veterinary board certified specialist that you like to provide a second opinion.
You can choose a specialist in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, or Orthopedics. If you are not sure who is the right specialist, we can help you.
After that you will be asked to give us your pet’s information, the description of the problem, tests that were preformed, and treatments.
A Board Certified Veterinary Specialist will review your case and give you a second opinion in 5-7 days. The second opinion will include suggestions for more diagnostic tests and treatment options.
